Surveys Aren't for Everyone

When 2 out of every 3 employees are disengaged at work, we know the typical survey is no longer enough to understand how your employees truly feel. At PollUp, we have re-envisioned the way we gather feedback by creating a tool to interact with employees in frequent intervals. When there's a disruption of satisfaction in your workplace, you are the first to know.

How It works

PollUp is a single question polling software designed to gather meaningful data while aligning the values of the company with the people who drive it. We exist to create a workplace environment where assessment and engagement come together.

We present businesses, organizations, and companies with the opportunity to ask the questions that matter, encourage transparent communication, and foster relationships among the people who know the company best. At the same time, an organic perspective from our data analytics promotes action that leads to long-term improvements in the workplace.

Research

We worked with many industry leaders, influencers, universities, and conducted a substantial amount of our own research to build PollUp and the processes around the product. We used this information to design every aspect of PollUp from the design of the product to the polling practices that we recommend.

For years companies have been focused on putting so much effort towards performance and evaluations. This left them with huge piles of data that was outdated and a lot of frustration from the painstaking process of evaluation. Oh yeah, it also costs a lot. Over the past few years, many companies have shifted to spending more time simply engaging and taking care of employees than focusing on pushing them to perform better. Happy employees stay focused, productive, and want to help out the organization that has kept them feeling that way. It's that simple, and it is why
businesses should put 2x as much energy towards engagement as they should towards performance reviews.
